Julia Stones
Julia has over 20 years’ experience in the HR and talent management sectors in the UK and relocated to New Zealand in early 2005. Offshore experience includes leading a number of talent management businesses and HR consultancies as Director and shareholder, as well as being responsible for the UK operations of a global strategic talent management organisation which provided onsite and offsite outsourced recruitment solutions for international blue chip organisations.
Julia was an active member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and member of the Advisory Panel. She chaired the national Employement Policy Committee which lobbied and liaised with Government on proposed employment legislation in the UK.
Since arriving in New Zealand Julia has focused on HR and public sector consultancy in Auckland. She joined Sheffield in August 2006 to initially focus on the HR and public sector portfolios and was appointed Manager of the Recruitment Solutions team in July 2007. Appointed Principal of Sheffield’s Search and Selection practice in April 2009, Julia specialised in senior HR and OD roles as well as recruiting senior management roles across all sectors but in particular, professional services. Additionally Julia was responsible for leading Sheffield’s career transition programme.
Julia joined HR2GO, owned by Teesdale Loof, as Principal in April 2012 to help build an end to end HR consultancy across New Zealand.
Elected Associate Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ) in 2011 and founder member of the Recruitment Special Interest Group. Julia was on the Auckland branch committee for five years, elected President of the Auckland branch in 2009, appointed Director of the HRINZ Board 2010 & 2011 and elected Director of the HRINZ National Board in 2012.

Diana is a strategically focused yet practical Human Resource professional with over 25 years experience in Human Resource and Project Management corporate, consulting and contract roles.
Driven by an ethical approach to business, Diana believes in adding value to organisations through solving business problems that require a Human Resource solution, in a straight forward manner. She utilises her broad strategic and operational knowledge to achieve results through working at all levels of an organisation. Although she considers herself to be a generalist Human Resources practitioner, Diana’s areas of specialty and interest include organisation development, managing organisational and cultural change, remuneration strategy and policy, strategic Human Resources planning and HR Project Management.
Diana has gained experience in a large number of industry sectors including travel, retail, finance, telecommunications, local government, SOE, manufacturing, education, professional services, construction, property ,energy, pharmaceutical and media.
Diana’s years of practical working experience are complemented by a post graduate diploma in Human Resources and an MBA.
Debbie is an experienced senior HR generalist. Her main passion is change management, having been involved with a variety of mergers and change programmes. She believes there is always an ethical solution to every situation.
Debbie has a broad background including holding senior management roles with large corporations. She has worked in a diverse range of industries including hospitality, airline, business intelligence, healthcare, insurance, transportation, central government, manufacturing and dairying. She has been involved with mergers, divestments and a variety of change management projects including the introduction of new software into a significant government department.
Her practicality, sound knowledge of people and business issues, and her HR experience has provided Debbie with the tools to manage change projects in a manner that focuses on achieving business outcomes.
Craig has more than 25 years of line management and consulting experience covering change and transformation management, programme and project management, process re-engineering, performance management, leadership development, human resources management, and organisation design. Craig is the recipient of HR Generalist HR Person of the Year 2009/10 – Auckland Region, HR Generalist HR Person of the Year 2009/10 – National, and HR Person of the Year 2009/10 – Supreme Award conferred by the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.
Craig has provided strategic business advice to many different organisations across a range of industries including, insurance, financial services, manufacturing, local government, central government, FMCG, professional services, broadcasting and information services.
Craig is a Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand, and is a member of the Institute’s Board of Directors.
Craig is a professional People Leader and Business Manager who brings a range of experiences and learnings, gained through a variety of roles in hugely varied environments over a number of years. His background includes both Operational and Corporate functions and this has built transferrable skills and enabled him to move freely through a variety of Senior Executive positions. Craig has held senior management positions in both public and private sector organisations in Canada, USA, Mexico and New Zealand. Sectors include banking, insurance, local & central government, law enforcement, travel, manufacturing, professional services (accounting and law) and broadcasting.
Craig views people as a key driver of an organisation and has the ability to convey key HR and business principles to others, deals effectively with ambiguity and delivers complex concepts in a non-technical way. He has particular strengths in the areas of HR strategy, process review & improvement, coaching, change management, employment relations, conflict resolution, mentoring and leadership.
Gaye Stratton

A competent human resources practitioner with considerable experience gained in a variety of manufacturing, retail and service industries both at a strategic and practical implementation level.
Work undertaken has focused on all areas of human resource management from the development of HR plans aligned to business strategies, taking responsibility for all the human resources issues involved in company acquisitions and restructuring, to the development and implementation of competency frameworks and performance management programmes. Specific projects have involved the development and implementation of HR Policies, remuneration and compensation strategies and recruitment practices. Recent work has involved the development and delivery of training programmes on recruitment and selection, conducting performance reviews, employee development, mentoring managers in staff development and handling non performance.
Siri WhalenBell
Siri has over 13 years of experience in New Zealand and the United States.
She has focussed on Change Management, Project Management, business acquisition and divestments, business process mapping, internal and external change marketing and communications, stakeholder analysis and internal culture assessment and transformation, performance management, training needs analysis and design and team building.
Siri has experience in a large number of industry sectors including FMCG, airline, health, infrastructure, finance, primary industry, public sector, professional services and non-profit.
